Verification & agreement
Extinggo checks each document within 1 to 2 business days and you accept the Merchant Terms in the app. Anything unclear is sent back with a reason.

Clear, scanned copies or sharp photos of the full document — all four corners visible, text readable. You upload them after sign-in, from your phone, and can finish over several sittings.

- Business PAN PAN card of the business (the proprietor's PAN for a proprietorship)
- Cancelled cheque / bank proof In the BUSINESS name — this is the payout account
- Business address proof Latest electricity / water / telephone bill, or the rent / lease agreement of the shop
- Owner / authorised signatory ID Aadhaar or passport of the owner
- Entity proof Certificate of incorporation (CIN) for a company; partnership deed / Udyam / Shop & Establishment otherwise
- GST registration certificate

- BIS / ISO licence or certificate If you MANUFACTURE your own brand: your BIS licence (IS 15683) with applicable IS certificates; ISO certificate where held
- Authorised distributor / dealer certificate If you RESELL other brands: the authorisation certificate from each manufacturer — upload one per brand

Before you apply
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying and onboarding are free. Commercial terms are set out in the Merchant Terms you accept in the app before going live.
How long does onboarding take?
Uploading documents takes about 10 to 15 minutes on your phone. Extinggo reviews them within 1 to 2 business days.
Do I need a GST registration?
Not to apply — the call-back needs only your name, number and city. A GST registration (GSTIN) is required before your store goes live: every Extinggo merchant sells as the seller of record, and the tax invoice carries your GSTIN. Keep the GST certificate ready for upload.
Who delivers the orders?
Extinggo's delivery partners collect from your shop and deliver to the customer. You prepare the order and hand it over.
Who sees my documents?
Only Extinggo's onboarding team, for verification. They are stored securely, never shared with customers or other merchants, and deleted if you do not complete onboarding.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You request a price change from the app; Extinggo reviews it within 6 to 24 business hours and an approved price goes live at 12:00 AM. Prices can never exceed the MRP.
