Before you apply
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying and onboarding are free. There is no joining fee and no deposit.
How long does onboarding take?
Uploading documents takes about 10 minutes on your phone. Extinggo reviews them within 1 to 2 business days.
How do earnings work?
You earn a share of each delivery fee, tracked per delivery in the app's Earnings screen. The exact terms are set out in the Delivery Partner Terms you accept in the app before going live.
What will I carry?
Fire extinguishers and fire-safety equipment — some items are heavy (up to around 20 kg), so a motorised vehicle is required. You collect from a merchant's shop and deliver to the customer's door, with every handover confirmed by a PIN.
Do I need a police verification?
Not to apply or to go live — it is collected before your first cash-on-delivery run. The other documents (photo ID, PAN, driving licence, RC and insurance, photo, bank proof, address proof) are uploaded in the app.
Who sees my documents?
Only Extinggo's onboarding team, for verification. They are stored securely and never shared with customers or merchants.
